Full Event planning & design service:

$9,750 - 15,875+
This includes doing all the work for you! Developing your vision, researching, making phone calls, finding vendors & volunteers, talent, figuring out logistics, developing the budget, managing the day itself, and so much more. The grunt work is all ours; the final decisions are all yours. Event Planning & Design packages are customized just for you. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including what you may have already gotten done, the size and scope of the event, and the duration of our planning process. Partial and Virtual event service:

$4,750 - 9,750+
Partial and virtual planning packages fall in this range and include a hand-picked selection of services based on your needs from our Event Management package plus a selection of Full Planning & Design services tailored to your needs and budget. This also includes having to switch your live event to virtual last minute!

Event Management service:

$3,475 - $4,850+
We are on your team from the moment you hire us! You’re making a substantial investment when you hire my team and you’re doing that in order to ditch the stress and still have a successful event.
We will review your plans, guide you with any remaining decisions, sort out the logistics, and make sure it all goes smoothly and according to your carefully-laid plans.

Here is what is available with the Event Management package:

Unlimited access to our event planner brains via phone, text, and email for all of your questions, concerns, rants, and ideas from the moment you hire us.
An initial meeting right after you book us to create a draft timeline of your event day.
Exclusive discounts from our partners and clients from some of the biggest names in talent, design, rentals, and live streaming.
A Celebrations Reimagined membership complete with all the templates, checklists, spreadsheets, etc...
We’re gonna make sure your plans are solid – which means you can send schedules, proposals, contracts, etc. our way to get our expert opinions, red flag alerts, and money-saving tips before you book them or make expensive mistakes.
Creation of detailed timeline and other organizational docs.
Final details meeting about a month out to review/confirm your plans.
Check-ins with each of your vendors or volunteers to confirm the plans, get all questions answered and details ironed out, and distribute critical event day info.
Facilitation of any rehearsals needed.
Start-to-finish management of the actual event day with additional event managers, which we’ll be happy to describe in detail at your consultation!

Monthly Planning

Event planning by the month is like having a planner on call for anything and everything you need! You can use the time to pick my team's brain, have us research vendors in your area, look over content, find talent, recruit volunteers, draft a timeline for your day, or just about anything else you need help with for your event.
$800 PER MONTH | INCLUDES UP TO 10 HOURS OF PLANNING

Hourly Consultation

Your chance to ask me or a team member anything about your business or event plans! Maybe you need a quick brainstorming session, to run your questions by an expert, or have a specific gap in your planning to fill. We will meet via phone or video chat to get you the answers and tips you need.
$150 PER HOUR | ONE HOUR MINIMUM

Keynote speaker on Juneteenth, Celebrations, Social Justice, Leadership, Healing & Spirituality.

In person fee range: $5000-$7500
Virtual fee range: $3000-$5000
